RENTAL CONDITIONS

PETS ARE NON ACCEPTED.

The prices are intended for 1 day/person with check in at 12,00 a.m. and check out at 10,00 a.m.

After your request of reservation, you'll receive an e-mail or a fax, informing you on the availability of the room and containing the bank coordinates in order to pay down, within 5 working days, a deposit equal to the 20% of the final price, in confirmation of the reservation.

The reservation becomes binding for us when we'll receive an e-mail or a fax with the receipt of the bank payment.

You'll be contacted again after 5 or 7 working days when we'll receive the from our bank the confirm for the deposit.

The balance can be paid in cash or with credit/debit card during your stay or before your arrival with a bank payment.

TERMS FOR CANCELLATION

We apply the terms that are in force in the European Community in travelling.

If you want to cancel after your pay down, the following rules are applied:

- Over 60 days prior to arrival we will refund the 80% of the earnest money.
- Between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival we will refund the 50% of the earnest money.
- Between 30 days and the day of arrival we will not refund anything.

PRICE INCLUDES

- Consumptions of electricity and water.
- Heating during the winter.
- Breakfast.
- Linen for the bathroom and beds.
- Daily cleaning of the room and change of the towels for the bathroom.
- Change of the linen for the bedroom for stays longer than 3 days.
- TV Color with Digital Terrestrial Receiver.
- Internet connection (WI-FI).

PAYMENT SERVICES

- Lunch and/or Dinner on request.
- Everything that is not specified in "Price includes".
